Cancellation Policy

time is sacred yours and mine. please give at least 48hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any charges. 🔮cancellations made within 48hrs will be charged 50% of the service total. 🔮cancellations made less than 24 hours / same-day / no-show will be charged 100% of the service total. 🔮no shows will be charged 100% and a non refundable deposit will be required to book any future appointments this deposit will go toward your service and saves your spot in my book. late to your appointment? I totally get it. traffic..life..cosmic delays. If you’re running more than 10 mins late please reach out and text me at 860-385-2089. Depending on timing and your service we may need to adjust what is possible or reschedule altogether(with applicable fees) arrivals 15+ mins late will be considered a no show and we’ll need to reschedule your service the no show fee and policy will still apply. I understand that emergencies and unexpected chaos happen just communicate with me as soon as you can 🖤 🌙 BOOKING & DEPOSITS: I require all bookings and clients to have a card on file I never see this information it is strictly for my no show/cancellation protection. The only time this card will be charged is if you no show or cancel less than the time period allotted. I do take a non refundable deposit on every service. If a deposit is not received upon scheduling your appointment, your appointment will not be made. This deposit will go towards your final cost of services once completed. 🧿NEW CLIENTS: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Once your appointment is accepted I’ll reach out to grab some inspo pics + ask for a photo and details of your current hair and hair history. This info is super important because I custom order color for each client in advance. If I don’t receive your details within 48 hours of booking, your appointment will need to be rescheduled at your responsibility, and the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel late or don’t show, the card on file will be charged the appropriate cancellation/no-show fee. 🖤 MULTIPLE SESSIONS: blonding..vivid..or color correction services may take multiple sessions to get you to your end result goal hair, your hairs integrity and health is my number one priority. 🔮GUESTS: to help keep the space peaceful and focused on you, I kindly ask that NO extra guests, children, or pets join you at your appointment. My suite is cozy with limited space and no extra seating. Unattended children are not allowed in the lobby or hallways per Sola Salon policy. I totally understand that life happens, if there’s ever an emergency and you need to bring your child with you, please just message me beforehand so we can make a plan ✨REFUNDS: I take a lot of pride in my craft and my goal is always for you to leave feeling confident and in love with your hair. If something feels off with your end result please don’t hesitate to reach out no hard feelings at all! I DO NOT offer refunds but I am happy to provide a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of your original service at my discretion and I’ll get you rebooked as soon as my schedule allows. Please note: color corrections and multi session services including major transformations are a journey and often require multiple appointments to reach your desired outcome..these services are NOT included in the 7 day complimentary adjustment window
